Apart from gayly pledging my knightly chivalry to girls who were pretending to be princesses, my other memories from preschool include:

-telling a kid that two bugs weren’t “stuck together”, they were mating, and then explaining sexual reproduction to my classmates

-challenging a girl to a duel after she pushed my friend off a slide

-my dad bringing in a rooster on a dog leash for my show and tell day

-going around the lunch table asking my classmates for their blue Froot Loops and then presenting my collection as a gift to a girl whose favorite color was blue

-doing the math and figuring out how to rig “Eeny Meeny Miney Moe” so that I could discriminate against the girl who pushed my friend off the slide by “fairly” choosing her to be my clean-up partner… she complained that I ALWAYS made her do it with me and I said “oh… but it’s Eeny Meeny Miney Moe…“

-my friend screaming at me from the top of the stairs because I wouldn’t stop trying to explain mortality to her and it was freaking her out
